Douglas K. on 2019-12-01	I own and play most of the popular brands and models. I stepped out of the box a few purchases ago and bought my first Harmo Torpedo. This is my 3 Torpedo purchase. Best sounding, Strong, a joy pleasure to play and never a broken reed. Just romp on it.

Dennis V. on 2019-08-19	Played right out of the box as expected. Superb tone whether playing low and melodic or harder with more accent. I use a magnetic harp holder that attaches under the head of a SM 58. Although the stainless steel cover is sharp looking, I need to use a steel cover when using that set up.

Dominique a. on 2018-01-14	Après avoir essayé avec beaucoup de satisfaction deux torpédos C et D, j'ai fais l'acquisition d'un A et d'un Bb. La présentation est toujours très soignée, boite, étui...Mais surtout j'ai retrouvé dans ces deux nouveaux harmos les qualités des 2 premiers : - la puissance, étonnante pour des instruments d'aspect ordinaire, -la qualité des sons, - la facilité pour le déclenchement des altérations, - mais surtout le réglage overblows et overdraws, qui permet avec un minimum d'entrainement d'obtenir des gammes chromatiques avec un son de qualité, ce qui musicalement donne de nouvelles perspectives au diatonique. De par leur réglage la phase d'apprentissage des altérations, des overblows et des overdraw s'en trouve donc très allégée. Je vais très certainement poursuivre petit à petit le remplacement de mes Honners par des torpédo.

Andre G. on 2017-04-02	The reedwork on those harmonicas is comparable to high-end work done by top customizers like Joe Filisko â¦ minus the price. I am amazed at how loud, easy to bend and overblow this harmonica is. Then I looked again at the price and I am just speechless. It's pure magic !

	Incredible overblow harp for the money!
Shubham H. on 2017-04-24	The torpedo is an amazing value for money if you want a great overblow harmonica with amazing responsiveness and tone! I am already a big fan of all the resources Harmo/David Herzhaft have been putting out for harmonica players worldwide...it was a no brainer to try out the Torpedo series of harmonicas...you rarely get an overblow setup harmonica for anything less than about $200 in the market so what a delight it was to see the very conservative pricing on these harps. The harps are setup beautifully in terms of responsiveness and action. Given that overblowing requires skills which I am yet to master, I can definitely get the 6 overblow easily; the harmonica is setup with all overblows and overdraws...I hope to unlock all the power and possibilities of the harmonica as my skills improve. Although great harmonicas for any genre, if you are particularly looking for a great overblow setup harmonica, this is probably the best harmonica to start with ( these are incredibly much more responsive than out of the box harmonicas like those from hohner or suzuki ) And oh, included in the price is a beautiful pouch that you can slide into your belt (I have seen this pouch itself priced around $10). Great harp and great value for money! I liked this so much that I grabbed a bunch in various keys!

LÃ©ger, solide ,un son qui a la purete d'un diamant, un son clair .Bien en main aucune difficultÃ© Ã sortir les overblows. Le Torpedo mÃ©rite bien son nom ,un petit souffle et les notes sortent comme une torpille droit au but, un son harmonieux quelque soit le genre de musique jouÃ©. C'est un plaisir je recommande vivement.

François G. on 2017-04-19	I just got my Bb Harmo Torpedo harmonica in the mailbox Here are my first thoughts about it: The forefront is smooth and the comb is not too thick Itâs very easy to hold and fits nicely in my hand The overblow setup has the beneficial following effects compared to my other harmonicas : Reeds have a super fast response-time Reeds are extremely flexible I can play and bend all the notes in the high register without pushing All the bends come out very smoothly Regarding overblows Iâm still working on my technique but I could get 2 3 4 5 6 right away and hold them with no squeaking Fantastic bangs for the bucks. Impressive hand made reed setup.
