The disappointing CX12

I read great things about the CX12--particularly from the amazing Bill Barrett. Is mine broken? It arrived with a clanky, toy-harmonica noise whenever I depress the button. I fear this will be picked up by a good live mic and certainly in a recording studio. I like the tone and the reed bendability. But the clankiness of the slide is completely unacceptable. I would return it if I could.

This my 2nd cHROMO HARP so far i really like it. I also own the CX12(non jazz) i am by no means a pro at this thing but this one seems to play better than my CX12 it\'s more comfy also.You really cannot go wrong if you like to play Chromo.
