Health and sanitary regulations prohibit the return of mouth blown instruments such as harmonicas and melodicas to the place of purchase for warranty, exchange or credit.  Any customer owned harmonica or melodica needing warranty service, replacement or reconditioning should be sent directly by the instrument owner to the brand for maintenance and repair.

We will accept exchange or refund depending on the situation. Shipping costs may remain at your charge depending on the request.

Usual non real issues :
- Holes 2 or 3 draw don't produce a note or you get a squirky sound : relax your lips and learn how to position your mouth on the harmonica, there is nothing wrong with the harmonica. You might have the same issue with high notes.

Harmonicas warranty exclude usage of reeds : you might break a reed in 10 seconds whereas a professional will never break a single reed.
You have to contact us right away when you receive your harmonica if you think there is an issue with it.

All warranty work must be done through the instruments manufacturer.

We are a seller of harmonicas and accessories. We do not offer a warranty, nor do we guarantee products. It is the various manufacturers that offer product warranties, and it is they that you should contact for warranty. Do not send a product to us for warranty work or repair because we do not repair, or, otherwise work on products. We will accept returns of products (but not if in need of warranty work) for 30 days, but we will not accept used harmonicas back. When we do accept product back, there will be a 15% handling and restocking fee. When we make refunds, there is no refund for shipping and handling. If we made a mistake we will cover the shipping charges.
