I recently purchased a Rocket in C and was thrilled by it’s volume and hole size being larger in the comb. So thrilled that I purchased the G version as well! Easy to bend and produce clean single notes.

It’s a bit easier to play single notes due to it having a smidge larger holes to blow/draw through

Happy so far with the Hohner Rocket. I also use Hohner Crossovers, Lee Oskars, and Special 20's. Sometimes I have to replace a harp quickly, because of an upcoming gig. So I am at the mercy of whatever the local music store has. I generally have back ups for all my harps. Now that I have been using Harmonicaland , it's easy to get them quickly.

These harps are air tight and surprisingly loud. If you're looking for an improved Special 20 with a little brasher, less round sound, give these a try. Excellent rock/blues tone. I plan to lower the reed gaps to better suit my playing style.

First off I would like to say that this is not the first harmonica purchase I have made nor my first Honher Rocket in the key of C. The first Rocket I purchased was a night and day difference in quality over this Rocket. The #3 hole draw never was right on this harmonica. It was literally un playable due to the reed being too long on the #3 hole. It was completely dead. I never could get the harmonica to play cleanly so I gave it to my 18 month old son to finish tearing the rest the way up. Completely disappointed in this harmonica. I made this purchase with the Rocket literally right at the top of my list, along with Honher Crossovers, and Suzuki mantis, however after my experience with this harmonica I would not even consider the Rocket worth purchasing, even though I realize that some products have defects.

I have found some brand harps in the key of A A are more difficult to move air through and get good volume, not with the Rocket!!!

What can I say about a new Hohner harmonica? I love the volume of this harp but from now on I will probably spend a few more dollars to get them on Amazon.com Prime so I can receive them in two days.

I didn't expect much from this model - but it turned to be a very loud, responsive instrument, especially in key of Eb you can play pretty fast on it, like !

A very nice and easy to play harp. Easy bends and relatively louder than a Spacial 20.
