these Polar harps are really good instruments. I wanted to try a half-valved model. I found the valves on the upper four blow reeds really mucked up the sound up there, so I almost immediately removed them. The valves on the lower six draw reeds seem to work OK, but not a noticeable difference to me.

Sounds and performs better than my more expensive Hohners and Seydel. Love it ! Easy to play and bend, very sturdy.
