Seydel ! my Favorite Harmonica Of Choice

I Was needing a Certain Harmonica in this Key for a Certain song in a video I Recorded for a Social Media Plat Form , and this brand seems to work the best and this worked very good that certain Song , and I Love this one , very good sound easy to play , fairly good Volume Built very tough comfortable to play , let me end here it is just plain good .

Afte years of playing Hohners, Suzukis, and a number of good Chinese brands, I bought two Seydels to try them out. This one just didn\'t cut it for me. I don\'t like the shape, which is a personal thing, and the lack of responsiveness, which in my opinion is quality issue. For me, this harp is airy a weak, and not fun to play. Out of the box draw 3, blow3, and draw 7 would not play and needed to be tweaked until I got each working. This one is now in a back up to my back ups box.

Not sure about the draw 1 since I am new.

blues harp BOGY
haven\'t really pushed it yet...described as being able to play blues easily....so far I noticed the 2draw takes a lot of wind....but i haven\'t really played except for EZ pop tunes that spring to mind....has a real nice feel and sound so I am quite satisfied...scales w/o/ bending eg major penta sound fine and are easy to paly...soon i have to try some heavier riffs a la SWW II...

This is my first Seydel - been exclusive Hohner Blues harp/pro harp til now. Surprised, reasonable price. Love the lower tuning - prior I was always going for my G because it was the lowest - less shrill. Nice.

I gifted the Seydel \"low D\" to a fellow harp player. This was his first Seydel and first low tuned harmonica. He was THRILLED. His eyes lit up when he saw the package and went I to that \"dream world\" after trying it awhile. Delivery took a bit longer due to the busy season, but the package and product were in good shape. Nice sale price. Very satisfied.

My harmonica hasn't arrived yet. I check using the USPS tracking number daily, and the last update I got was on Feb 22 that says: "IN TRANSIT, ARRIVING LATE" So, I guess it'll get here when it gets here....not your fault. I'll be happy to give you a review of the SEYDEL harp when I get it.

Pretty leaky and hard to bend. I switched to a Harmo Polar, it's much louder and easier to play, won't buy this one again maybe try the Session Steel or 1847
