Precision Engineering for Better Performance:
Building upon the success of the 1847 Classic, the 1847 Silver incorporates several key improvements. Fine-cut reedplates reduce air-loss, ensuring optimal flatness and minimal tolerances between reed and reedplate. This means less effort required to produce those melodious notes, making it ideal for both beginners and experts.
Comfort is key when it comes to playing harmonica, and the Seydel 1847 Silver understands this well. The coverplates are designed with your comfort in mind, featuring rounded edges that are beard- and lip-friendly. No more worrying about uncomfortable cuts at the mouthpiece. This harmonica is built for extended playability, allowing you to focus on your music.
The Seydel 1847 Silver doesn't just look good; it sounds even better. The overtone-rich sound can freely flow, thanks to coverplates that open wide at the back and are crimped for enhanced stability and rounded edges. The result? A harmonica that produces a captivating and harmonically rich sound that will captivate your audience.
Are you ready to take your harmonica playing to the next level? The Seydel 1847 Silver offers a sound that's not just good but extraordinary. Try it for yourself and discover if you prefer it over the 1847 Classic. It's a harmonica that's designed to inspire and elevate your musical journey."

Very disappointed by the quality and sound of this instrument. I think Seydel is overrated.
Seydel makes good quality harmonicas there's no doubt about that. But in this price range I found the Harmo?Custom harmonicas were far superior.
Still a nice sound and a keeper.
